Managed Fiduciary Account Program

The Managed Fiduciary Account Program has been designed to allow fiduciaries and attorneys to benefit from advisory and management services. The program integrates various consulting disciplines including suitability analysis, individual accounting and timely performance reporting in a client specific format.

The Prudent Investor Act dictates that assets be allocated in accordance with your client's individual needs. The major advantage to employing a professional asset manager is that it helps to lessen your fiduciary responsibility.

The use of cash management accounts (a combined checking and investment account) serves to simplify your routine fiduciary duties. Accounts may also be arranged to allow scheduled payments to be debited automatically from the account.

Boston Asset Management, Inc. provides its clients with quarterly and year end accounting statements. These statements are supplemented with cash flow reports as well as performance results.

As a separate service, Boston Asset Management can provide court appointed accounting.
