About Boston Asset Management, Inc.

Boston Asset Management, Inc. was founded in 1992 in response to a growing need for independent, customized investment advisory services for the legal and disability communities.

With a combination of sophisticated financial planning, professional money management and expertise in government assistance programs, Boston Asset Management provides a complementary outlet through which attorneys can fulfill their fiduciary duties to their clients.

Boston Asset Management is on the cutting edge of the latest strategies and planning techniques. Through our relationship with The Center for Special Needs Trust Administration , Boston Asset Management (BAM) was able to successfully develop and manage the assets for the Florida Pooled Trust (d)(4)(C) one of the largest pooled trusts in the country. BAM also facilitates money management for The National Pooled Trust and numerous other state pooled trusts, third party pooled trusts, (d)(4)(A) Special Needs Trusts, escrow agreements, settlement preservation trusts, defective trusts, and guardianship accounts.

Although BAM is widely known for its cutting edge solutions to the dilemma's attorney's face, BAM also strives to serve the community. BAM has recently donated $500,000 to Stetson University College of Law to establish the nation's first Faculty Chair position in Elder Law. The donation was meant not only to further the evolving issues facing the elderly, but to give back to elder law attorneys.

Boston Asset Management, Inc. was founded in 1992 by Leo J. Govoni.
