About Mark Govoni
Mark has 30 years of experience as an investment advisor. He is responsible for the New England division of Boston Asset Management and specializes in portfolio management for high net worth individuals and institutions. Previously, Mark served as Vice President and Portfolio Manager for U.S. Trust Bank of America, where he was responsible for the investment of $400 million in institutional and individual assets. Mark is a 1981 graduate of Colby College in Waterville, Maine.

About Clayton “Skip” Poole
Skip brings over thirty-six years of experience in the financial services industry to his position as Senior Vice President. Skip’s experience includes tenures with GE Capital, Citizens Bank, Fleet Bank, Bank of America U.S. Trust and Merrimack County Savings Bank. Skip was most recently a Senior Vice President and Senior Wealth Advisor for People’s United Bank Wealth Management.
Skip is very involved with the local community, having sat on several boards in the past and currently serving on the Board of Directors at Havenwood Heritage Heights as well as Concord Hospital Trust. Additionally, Skip is extremely passionate about the performing arts and serves as the Music Director of The Capital Jazz Orchestra in residence at The Capitol Center for the Arts. Skip is a New Hampshire native and has been a resident of Bow, New Hampshire, for the past fifteen years where he resides with his wife of twenty-eight years, Marie, and their sons CJ and Nicholas.

About Keith Burbank
Keith has 13 years of experience as an investment adviser. He specializes in portfolio management for high net worth individuals and institutions. Prior to joining Boston Asset Management, Keith served as Vice President and Investment Officer for Merrimack County Savings Bank where he was responsible for developing and managing the investment process for the Wealth Management Department. Keith graduated from the University of New Hampshire, Durham, New Hampshire. A resident of Concord, New Hampshire, Keith serves his community as a trustee of the South Church Relief Society and is currently the Treasurer of The Friends Program.

About Cheryl Coletti
Ms. Coletti is dedicated to expanding the firm’s footprint in the greater New England area focusing on bringing business owners and resources together to create wealth and sustainability for her clients’ professional and personal success. Cheryl received her Bachelors Degree in Communication from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and her Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Cheryl comes to us from Casella Waste Systems, where she was responsible for their Northern New England operations.
Cheryl sits on the Board of Directors for both the Greater Chamber of Commerce and Intown Concord. She is a member of the Leadership NH Class of 2015 and is an active member of the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire and the Concord Rotary. She enjoys living in Concord with her two small children.
About Anthony Janicki
Anthony contributes with the professional athlete and private client divisions of Boston Asset Management by assisting with research, due diligence, concierge services and active participation in the athletes’ foundations. Before joining BAM, Anthony developed the first budget for a large holding company and its 15 subsidiaries and oversaw the transition of trust accounting and CRM software for the largest special needs trust administrator in the nation. Anthony graduated from John Carroll University with a Masters of Business Administration and Bachelors of Science in Computer Information Systems. He is also involved in the community contributing his efforts with the East West Shrine Game Committee and St. Petersburg Catholic Baron Touchdown Club. Anthony lives in St. Petersburg with his wife, Caitlin.
About Elevina Vergato
Elevina joined Boston Asset Management in August of 2009 after working at US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management for 12 years. Prior to working at US Trust, she worked in Trust Services and Retirement Services for Fleet Bank. Her role within the firm is to assist our advisors with client interaction, handling administrative requests and account reconciliation to opening accounts and monitoring asset transfers and day to day support. Elevina provides our clients with exceptional personal service.
